For JazzCash and Easypaisa the per-transaction cap follows the mobile wallet's own daily limit (usually Rs. 25,000–50,000). For larger deposits you can split across multiple transactions in the same session, or use a bank transfer which has a much higher limit.
JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — there is no cut-off. Bank IBFT withdrawals are also processed around the clock but may take slightly longer late at night depending on interbank clearing.
Yes, a family member or trusted friend can transfer to your dealer's number on your behalf. Just let your dealer know the source name so the deposit can be matched to your account correctly.
Withdrawals above Rs. 500,000 go through a manual review for security. Notify your dealer in advance, and processing is completed within 24 hours. Breaking a large withdrawal into smaller amounts across a few days can speed things up if you need funds urgently.
Contact your dealer immediately with the wrong transfer's transaction ID. If the recipient is within our network, we can trace and correct it. If the number is unrelated to BetPro, you will need to contact JazzCash support directly to initiate a dispute.
There is no hard limit on withdrawal frequency. However, multiple small withdrawals in rapid succession may trigger a routine security review. For smooth processing, consolidate small amounts into a single withdrawal request.
Absolutely. You have full control over your balance at all times. Withdraw exactly the amount you want and leave the remainder active for future bets — there is no minimum balance requirement to keep your account open.
Betting Rules
The minimum stake on match-winner and innings markets is Rs. 100. Specialty markets such as top batsman or highest opening stand may carry a slightly higher minimum — the platform shows the limit before you confirm any bet.
If a PSL match is abandoned before a D/L method result can be determined, all pre-match bets are voided and your full stake is returned within 24 hours. Bets placed after an official result is declared settle normally.
Yes — this is one of the core advantages of exchange betting. If your backed team is winning and their odds have shortened, lay the same outcome in-play to lock in a guaranteed profit regardless of the final result.
A commission of 2–5% applies only to your net profit on a settled market — never on your stake and never on losing bets. If you win Rs. 10,000 net at 3% commission, you keep Rs. 9,700.
Markets suspend automatically when a retirement or serious injury is confirmed. Once the situation is clarified the market re-opens. All matched bets at the point of suspension stand if the match continues to an official result.
Yes. Placing both a back and a lay in the same market is standard exchange practice used to trade out of positions or guarantee a return. It is fully permitted on BetPro Exchange.
You can bet on innings runs, over-by-over totals, method of next dismissal, team to score the most sixes, top batsman, top bowler, and live ball-by-ball markets. The full market list expands once a match goes in-play.
Yes. Player-specific markets such as batsman runs, most wickets, and partnership totals are available for major matches. These markets typically open 30 minutes before the first ball and are some of the most active during PSL.
No. Because it is a peer-to-peer exchange, there is no built-in margin. Odds reflect genuine supply and demand from real players. The only deduction is the commission charged on net winnings, which is far smaller than any bookie margin.
A bet is voided when the event cannot produce an official result — match abandonment, a walkover, or a market that was opened in error. Voided bets return your full stake with no commission charged.
Both. Pre-match markets open at least 24 hours before a scheduled match. In-play markets go live at the toss and update with every ball. Pre-match odds tend to be more stable; in-play odds move rapidly with the action.
Fancy bets are fixed-odds markets on specific events within a match — for example, how many runs in the next over, whether the next ball is a boundary, or total wides in an innings. They are available on bpexch.live for major PSL and international matches.
Your payout includes both your original stake and your profit. For example, if you back a team at 2.0 with Rs. 1,000, your gross return is Rs. 2,000 (Rs. 1,000 stake + Rs. 1,000 profit), minus any commission on the profit.
Yes. Any unmatched portion of a bet can be cancelled at any time before it is matched. Go to Open Bets, find the unmatched bet, and tap Cancel. Once a bet is matched it is binding and cannot be reversed.
The maximum bet in any market is limited by the available liquidity — the amount other players are willing to match. Popular PSL match-winner markets typically carry millions of rupees in available liquidity, so most bets are matched in full.
Account & Security
No. Each account is strictly for one person. Accounts found to be shared are permanently suspended without refund. If a family member wants to bet, they need their own ID obtained through a dealer.
WhatsApp your dealer from the phone number linked to your account. After a quick identity confirmation, they send a secure one-time reset link. Requests from an unregistered number require additional verification before the link is issued.
Contact your dealer immediately to request an emergency account freeze. Then change your password from a trusted device. Our security team reviews login history and traces any unauthorized access within 2 hours.
Common suspension reasons include holding multiple accounts, sharing credentials, or unusual betting patterns. Send your betting ID and a brief explanation to central support. Genuine cases with no rule violations are reviewed and reinstated within 24 hours.
Yes. Your balance is held in a segregated account and is never used for BetPro's operational costs. You can withdraw your full balance at any time — there is no lock-in period and no minimum balance required to keep the account open.
Contact central support from both your old and new numbers if possible. You will be asked a few account verification questions. Once identity is confirmed, your account is migrated to the new number, usually within 2 hours.
Dealers can see your account balance, deposit and withdrawal history, and open bets. They cannot see your login password, personal device information, or any banking credentials you use for transfers.
Message your dealer or central support and request a voluntary self-exclusion period — you choose the duration (1 week, 1 month, or longer). During the exclusion your account is locked and you cannot log in or withdraw until the period ends.
Yes. Ask your dealer to set a daily stake limit on your account. Once that limit is hit the system stops accepting new bets until the next reset period. This is a free service designed to support responsible betting.
Direct player-to-player transfers are not supported. All fund movements go through your dealer. If you want to gift a balance to someone, withdraw it to your wallet and the recipient deposits through their own dealer.
You must be 18 or older to hold a bpexch.live account. Dealers confirm this during the WhatsApp onboarding conversation. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed immediately and any balance is returned to the deposit source.
WhatsApp central support and request permanent account closure. Any remaining balance is withdrawn to your registered wallet before closure. The account is deactivated within 48 hours and cannot be reopened once confirmed.
No. Multiple accounts are against the rules regardless of the intended purpose. Your single account provides access to all sports and markets simultaneously — cricket, football, tennis, and more from one login.
No. Your personal details, WhatsApp number, and transaction data are never sold or shared with advertisers or third-party data brokers. Data is used solely for account management and fraud prevention.

Technical Support
Try these steps in order: (1) Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data — some ISPs throttle betting sites. (2) In Chrome go to Settings → Privacy → Clear Browsing Data. (3) Try a different browser. If nothing works, message your dealer for a current mirror link.
Unmatched means no other player has accepted your requested odds yet. You can wait for it to match, lower your odds slightly to increase the chance of a fill, or cancel the bet and re-enter at the current market price.
If the bet is still unmatched, cancel it immediately from Open Bets. Once matched, the bet is binding and cannot be cancelled. Contact your dealer right away — in clear misclick cases they may be able to escalate to the platform team for review.
bpexch.live is a peer-to-peer exchange where odds are set by real players. Traditional bookmakers build a margin into every market. Exchange odds are almost always superior because there is no house markup eating into your potential return.
Allow browser notifications when bpexch.live prompts you after login. You will receive push alerts for matched bets, large odds movements, and settlement. You can also ask your dealer to WhatsApp you if a key market moves sharply.
The score widget may lag by a few seconds, but the betting markets run on a separate real-time data feed. Your bets are placed against live market prices, not against the score display. If in doubt, check a live score app separately and compare.
Markets are locked (greyed out) during official suspension periods — typically between balls, during field changes, or after a significant event like a wicket. Wait a few seconds for the market to re-open. If it stays locked for over a minute, refresh the page.
Go to My Bets → Settled and verify the settlement details for that market. If the amount differs from what you expected, take a screenshot and send it to your dealer with the match name and time. Discrepancies are investigated and corrected within 4 hours.
VPNs work technically, but we recommend using bpexch.live without one. A VPN can occasionally trigger security flags on your account. If your ISP is blocking the site, contact your dealer for a direct mirror URL instead of using a VPN.
After logging out, open your browser settings and clear saved passwords and autofill data. In Chrome go to Settings → Passwords and delete any saved bpexch.live credentials. Always use Incognito mode when logging in on a device you do not personally own.
Your full bet history is available under My Bets → Settled, filterable by date range. A downloadable export feature is on our roadmap. For now, take screenshots or ask your dealer to pull a statement for a specific period if you need records for your own reference.
If the WhatsApp link does not launch automatically, copy your dealer's number from the Contact page and open WhatsApp manually to start a chat. Alternatively, call the number directly — our dealers answer calls during all active match hours.
First check My Bets → Settled to confirm the settled odds and commission amount. If there is still a discrepancy, send your dealer the bet ID (visible in your bet history), the expected return, and what was actually credited. Disputes are resolved within 4–6 hours.
This is almost always caused by a cached version of the site. Hard-refresh the page (hold Shift and press Reload in Chrome) or clear your browser cache completely. If it persists on multiple browsers, message your dealer — there may be a brief maintenance window underway.
