By accessing or using BetPro Exchange's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our servitform. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.

Our services are available to users who are at least 18 years old and located in jurisdictions where sports betting is permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of BetPro Exchange is legal in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

Your dealer issues your Bpexch ID over WhatsApp. Keeping your login safe is your responsibility. One account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts may result in permanent suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits must be made through approved payment channels (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer, USDT). Minimum deposit is Rs. 1,000. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during operating hours. We reserve the right to request verification for large withdrawals.

5. Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed via WhatsApp with our support team. Odds are subject to change before bet confirmation. BetPro Exchange reserves the right to void bets placed on errors or suspicious activity. The exchange model means you bet against other users, not the house.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not engage in match fixing, arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any form of fraud. Accounts found in violation will be permanently suspended and funds may be confiscated pending investigation.

7. Responsible Gambling

We promote responsible gambling. If you feel you may have a gambling problem, please contact us immediately. We offer self-exclusion options and can provide referrals to professional support services.

8. Limitation of Liability

BetPro Exchange is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, market volatility, or incorrect information provided by users. Our liability is limited to the amount deposited in your account at the time of any dispute.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If you keep using BetPro after a change, that counts as accepting it. We will notify users of significant changes via WhatsApp.
